Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
No — the shops run first come, first serve, so just drive in. Mornings move fastest. Oil changes are in-shop only; the mobile van doesn't do them.
Conventional or synthetic — which do I need?
Newer engines and turbo engines generally call for full synthetic; many older, higher-mileage engines run fine on conventional. Bring your car and we'll check what the manufacturer specifies.
